Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 50 dated 19.01.2015 (Annexure P-1), registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 at Police Station Anti Power Theft, Verka, Amritsar, District Amritsar, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
