Apart from above, a perusal of the file would reveal that suit for declara on and joint possession as filed by plain ffs – Pardman Kumar and others (respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein) was decreed by the trial Court on 12.02.1997 by holding them to be en tled ½ share in the suit property. The ma6er was carried to appeal only by two of the defendants, namely, Jagmal Singh and Jai Pal, but the same was dismissed by the First Appellate Court on 18.05.2000.
