This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No.47, dated 16.02.2026, registered under Sections 331(6), 115(2), 3(5) of BNS (Earlier Sections 458, 323, 34 IPC), at Police Station City Bhikhi, District Mansa and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 02.03.2026. 2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 01.04.2026, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 02.05.2026 has been received from learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Mansa. A perusal of the said report reveals that statements of the concerned persons have been recorded in the present case, who have stated that the matter has been settled between them and they have no objection in case the FIR PARVEEN KUMAR 2026.05.07 16:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
