Heard. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the petition is taken up on board today. CRM-18684-2026 This is an application moved under Section 528 BNSS for withdrawal of the present petition. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the petitioner being an old age person of about 70 years does not want to pursue the present petition. Under the circumstances, he prays that the present petition be dismissed as having been withdrawn. In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
