The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount of General Provident Fund, G.I.S. benefit and Leave Encashment for the service rendered by the wife of the petitioner along with interest @ 9% per annum. 2.
