It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.04 dated 11.04.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 61(2) of ‘the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023’ and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of ‘the Explosive and Substance Act, 1908’ Police Station SSOC, District SAS Nagar, Punjab. 2.
