The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS 2023 (482 Cr.P.C) with a prayer to quash/ modification of order dated 23.11.2023 passed by ld. Addl.Sessions Judge, Sangrur in Criminal Appeal i.e. CRA/448/2023 dated 23.11.2023 whereby the sentence of the petitioner is suspended with the condition to deposit the 20% of the compensation amount as awarded by the trial Court, which has been filed against the judgment dated 18.11.2023 passed in NACT 200 of 2021 dated 06.07.2021. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the condition of depositing 20% of the amount awarded by the trial Court for hearing the appeal is not compliable as the petitioner is not in a position to pay/deposit the said amount. 3.
