At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgment dated 25.02.2026 passed by this Court in a bunch of appeals, lead case of which was RFA-1172- 2017, titled “Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), Through its Estate Officer Vs.
