The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No.0137 dated 04.05.2026, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code [Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023] and Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908, registered at P.S. City Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali). 2.
