The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing and setting aside the letter dated 11.03.2026 (P-8) passed by Civil Surgeon, Rohtak and letter dated 22.04.2026 (P-9) passed by Civil Surgeon Jhajjar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has failed to place on record the appointment letters depicting the mode by which they were engaged in service by the respondents and on that account, he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage with liberty to file afresh, as and when the complete instructions and documents are available with him to pursue the petition on the same cause of action. 3.
