The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No.81 dated 19.06.2024 for the commission of offence under Sections 341, 353, 186, 332 and 506 [Section 120-B added later on] of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Dhanaula, District Barnala (Annexure P-1), along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR is being sought on the basis of compromise between the parties dated 23.10.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
