The instant writ petition is directed against the order dated 12.08.2022 passed by the respondent No.4, whereby the claim of the petitioner for coverage under the Old Pension Scheme was rejected. 2. The writ petition was filed as far back as in 2022 and, during the pendency thereof, the petitioner filed CM-3799-CWP-2026 for placing on record a notification dated 22.05.2025 issued by the Government of Punjab as well as a request letter dated 12.06.2025, as Annexures P-10 and P-11 respectively, which was allowed by this Court vide order dated 23.04.2026. 3.
