Learned counsel submits that the shot fired as stated by the petitioner, hit the non-vital part of the body, it being legs of the complainant. It is a case of version and cross version where Jugraj Singh from the side of the petitioner who is also co-accused received gun-shot injury on occipital region for which reference is made to MLR, Annexure P4. The compromise has been effected between the parties dated 05.02.2026, Annexure P8. Co-accused have been granted interim anticipatory bail vide orders dated 06.11.2025 and 15.01.2026, Annexures P5 to P7. He is not involved in any other case.
