(ORAL) The present revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of Constitution of India by petitioner/defendant No.1 being aggrieved by impugned order dated 11.02.2026, passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malerkotla, whereby petitioner’s application under Order VII Rule 11 Civil Procedure Code, 1908 for rejection of plaint was dismissed. 2. The simple case of petitioner/defendant No.1 is that the loan was taken by petitioner/defendant No.1 as per plaint on 19.06.2013, whereas suit was filed on 05.12.2024 after 11 years, therefore, suit is barred by limitation. Learned Court of first instance, however, has held that question of limitation can only be determined at the time of trial and plaint cannot be rejected on this ground.
