(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, challenge has been laid to an order dated 06.11.2025 (P-9), passed by the learned Appellate Authority, Ludhiana, whereby mesne profits have been assessed without objectively considering the facts of the case. 2. On 12.01.2026, a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed the following order:- “1. The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC for quashing the order dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-9), passed by the learned Appellate Authority, Ludhiana, whereby the mesne profits have been assessed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Appellate Court has wrongly assessed the mesne profits and that the respondent's plea regarding vacating the premises is not bona fide. It is further submitted MOHMED ATIK 20
