The petitioner, by instituting the instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, assails the notice dated 09.09.2020 (Annexure P-12), vide which, he was directed to vacate the residential accommodation allotted to him, failing which, a penalty of 300 times of the licence fee will be charged. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had vacated the house in question way back on 14.01.2022, therefore, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 5. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
