The present petition has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, assailing the impugned order dated 04.10.2024 (Annexure P-14), whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurdaspur has declared the petitioner a proclaimed offender. 2.
