Prayer in the present petition has been made for directing the official respondents to conduct proper, fair, impartial and expeditious investigation in FIR No.145 dated 17.09.2025 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120 IPC at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural, Punjab. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR has been registered on 17.09.2025 but till date there is no progress in the investigation. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. K.D. Sachdeva, D.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and he, on instructions, has submitted that the investigation is already in progress.
