The present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation into the allegatios of illegal detention, extortion, criminal intimidating and abuse of official position by certain police officials and for preserving electronic evidence including CCTV footage, call detail records and mobile tower location in order to save the life and liberty of the petitioner. 2.
