In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 06.03.2023 (Annexure P-16) vide which the punishment of two future annual increments with permanent effect was modified to the extent of one future annual increment with permanent effect. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that aggrieved against the order dated 06.03.2023 (Annexure P-16), the petitioner has filed the appeal dated 01.04.2023 (Annexure P-17) before respondent No.2, which is still pending. He on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal dated 01.04.2023 (Annexure P-17) filed by the petitioner against the order dated 06.03.2023 (Annexure P-16), in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion. A
