In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent No.3, wherein, it has been decided by the respondents to premature retire the petitioner from service. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-State submits that as per Instruction dated 05.02.2019, the petitioner, if aggrieved against the abovesaid notice dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), has a remedy of filing a representation before the competent authority. 3.
