The instant petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for quashing the FIR No.22, dated 23.01.2021 under Sections 353, 186, 341 and 148 IPC registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana (Annexure P-4). 2. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners No.1, 3 and 4 have been acquitted, whereas the proceeding qua petitioner No.2 stand abated. He has placed on record a copy of the judgment dated 05.05.2026, passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana. 3.
