Prayer in the present petition is for seeking transfer of investigation in case FIR No.19 dated 25.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) registered under sections 21, 25, 29 of NDPS Act at Police Station, State Special Operation Cell, Amritsar, to some independent agency or by constituting a Special Investigation Team headed by a senior officer of department. 2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Counsel has drawn attention of this Court to the photographs Annexure P-3, wherein the police had raided the house of the petitioner on 23.03.2026. He submits that two days thereafter, petitioner was apprehended. It is further submitted that there are no chances of free and fair investigation in the FIR in question. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
