This is the first petition filed under Section 482 B.N.S.S., 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.) seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 0074 dated 17.03.2026, registered under Section 305 of BNS, 2023 (earlier Section 380 IPC) at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda, Punjab. 2.
