No. COMI/535/2018, summoning order dated 21.11.2022 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana vide which the petitioner has been summoned in complaint Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing the matter at some length, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
