Present contempt petition has been filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read along with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950, for initiating proceedings against the respondents for having committed intentional and wilful disobedience of the order dated 01.07.2013 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by the Executing Court, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 21.08.2025 in case they are dissatisfied or to proceed in accordance with the procedure as prescribed in law for the purpose of carrying out a mutation. 3.
