The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 07.01.2020 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 18606-2008 as modified vide order dated 31.07.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA-40-2022. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the above order has been duly complied with. He has placed on record copy of contingency bill in favour of the petitioner. The same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.
