Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.104, dated 06.06.2025, under Sections 20(B)(II)(C), 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sector-7, Panchkula, Haryana. 2. Briefly, the facts of the prosecution case are that on 06.06.2025, a secret information was received to ASI Parwinder Singh that one person named Iftekar Ahmed R/o Daria, Chandigarh used to sell the narcotic substance i.e. Charas in Panchkula and Chandigarh. Resultantly, notice under Section-42 of NDPS Act, 1985 was prepared and same was forwarded to Sh. Dinesh Kumar, HPS/ACP, Panchkula.
