Since the appeals preferred at the instance of the landowners have been allowed and the market value has further been enhanced to Rs.498/- per square yards along with other statutory benefits, 25% so deposited and invested in a nationalized Bank in terms of order dated 12.12.2006 passed by this Court, be transmitted to learned Executing Court concerned for its disbursement to the landowners.
