It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.30 dated 17.02.2015, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 323, 325, 34 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought liberty for the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court and move application for bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the bail application, to be moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
