Present criminal writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents no.1 to 3 to recover the detenue namely (Aandhi – Minor adopted daughter of petitioner) adopted vide Registered Adoption Deed dated 09.10.2020 (Annexure P/3) and to produce her before this Court as she is in illegal custody of respondents no.4 to 7. 2.
