Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0363/2016 dated 28.12.2016, registered at Police Station Rajinder Nagar, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner No.1 was solemnized on 04.12.2015, as per Hindu rites and customs. One baby boy was born from the abovesaid wedlock. 3. However, on account of temperamental differences, respondent No.2 Signature Not Verified Signed By:SONIA CRL.M.C. 3144/2026 1 THAPLIYAL Signing Date:23.05.2026 12:32:41 reported the matter to the police which resulted into registration of the abovesaid FIR. 4. Charge-sheet has already been filed. 5. However, when the matter was referred to Mediation, the parties were able to amicably resolve the matter under the aegis of Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 03.01.2026 and they are now residing together. 6.
