Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the present FIR was registered consequent upon recovery of 09 grams of Heroin from co-accused/Anmol. It is contended that during investigation, the disclosure of the said co-accused was recorded to the effect that he had purchased the said contraband from the petitioner.
