Mr.Sudesh Kumar, Legal Assistant o/o Irrigation Department, Haryana is present on behalf of the respondents-department, who has been identified by Mr.Jasvir Singh, AAG, Haryana. Said Sudesh Kumar claiming himself to be authorized to make a statement, has stated that respondents-department shall consider the case of the petitioners in the light of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of “Kamlakar & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.”, 1999 (3), RSJ, 409 and shall pass a speaking order within three months from today. Learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection if the petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made on behalf of the respondents-department. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-department to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court referred to above and pass a speaking order within
