Referring to the provisional result of Subject Knowledge Test of the petitioner, Annexure-A, learned counsel for the Commission submits that she has failed to secure the minimum qualifying thirty-five per cent marks in the Subject Knowledge Test and, therefore, is not entitled to participate in the selection process any further. 3.
