By way of the present cross-petitions, both parties being aggrieved, challenge the Order dated 16.02.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 1804/2017. 2.
