In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to count the service rendered by the petitioner as daily wager/Special Police Officer (SPO), rendered before regularization, as qualifying service for the purpose of retiral benefits. Reliance is made to the judgment dated 15.02.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-9936-2017 titled as Sukhjeet Singh and other Vs. State of Punjab and others. 2.
