Learned counsel for respondent contends that State has filed SLP(C) Diary No.1724-1726 of 2026, wherein, the respondents (therein) were directed not to pursue the contempt proceedings before this Hon’ble Court. 3. In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioners to avail the remedy as is available to him in accordance with law after the decision of SLP(C) Diary No.1724-1726 of 2026. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
