The present revision petition under Article 227 Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner-plaintiff for restraining the respondents from raising/dismantling construction and changing the nature of suit property; and sub-letting the same during the pendency of the suit filed by the petitioner/plaintiff before the learned Waqf Tribunal, Rohtak, on account of the fact that the learned Waqf Tribunal is not functioning at Rohtak. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that vide Notification Dated 09.04.2026 issued by the Government of Haryana, Administration of Justice Department, the Waqf Tribunal now stands constituted at Karnal and suit property is at Panipa
