By way of present revision petition, challenge has been laid to an order dated 16.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram, whereby, objections preferred at the instance of petitioner-judgment debtor, were declined. 2. The sole grouse raised on behalf of the petitioner-judgment debtor is that the respondent-landowners were not entitled for award of benefits under Section 23 (1-A) and Section 23 (2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 on the market value assessed with respect to the superstructure/construction existing over the acquired land. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said benefits are not payable on the value of superstructur
