No. 282 dated 17.11.2025, registered under Sections 103, 61(2), 238, 3(5) of BNS & (Section 302, 120-B, 201, 34 of IPC) (Section 3 (2) (V) (VI) of SC&ST Act added later on), at Police Station Shahkot, Jalandhar (Punjab); the appellant has preferred this present appeal seeking pre-arrest/anticipatory bail. Counsel for the appellant, inter alia, contends that the case set up against the appellant is that the deceased had committed suicide as she had married against her parents’ wishes, the appellant has been falsely implicated into the FIR in question, the mother-in-law namely Baljit Kaur has been found innocent, the husband of the deceased namely Sharanjit Singh
