The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the Trial Court to hear and decide the application dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-6), filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC, for grant of interim relief. 2. The relevant facts, in brief, are that the petitioner filed Civil Suit No.1119 of 2026 titled as ‘Harvinder Kaur Vs. Kulwant Singh and another’, seeking a declaration and permanent injunction.
