After arguing the case at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, accordingly. In case, the petitioner moves an application for exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court, the same shall be considered by the trial Court sympathetically. While granting exemption from personal appearance, the trial Court would be at liberty to impose any condition as it may deem fit and appropriate and may also insist on the presence of the petitioners on any date of hearing. It is expected that the trial Court shall decide the trial on the basis of evidence led before it by both the sides,
