GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.127, dated 10.06.2025, under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 191(3), 190 and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident.
