Instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.0003 dated 07.01.2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar, Punjab and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. FIR in question was got registered by complainant-respondent No.2 and the investigation commenced thereon.
