Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.148 dated 01.11.2025 under Sections 109, 115(2), 351(2), 191(3), 190 BNS and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, District Batala. 2.
