This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.178 dated 02.10.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 21-B, 27-A and 29 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar. 2.
