Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.14, dated 29.01.2026, under Sections 21-B, 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Chheharta, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. 2. As per case of the prosecution on 29.01.2026 during patrolling, police party apprehended the petitioner-Harpreet Singh @ Happy and his co-accused Yodhabir Singh @ Jodha, while both of them were together. From the possession of the petitioner 10 grams of Heroin was recovered, however, nothing could be recovered from co-accused. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that, petitioner has been falsely involved in the present case and even if the allegation is believed to be correct, only double of the small quantity has been recovered, therefore, bar under REENA 202
