The present petition has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for setting aside of the impugned order dated 04.02.2025 (Annexure P-8), whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar cancelled the bail bonds/surety bonds of the petitioner and were forfeited to the State followed by issuance of non-bailable warrants of arrest and order dated 23.03.2026 (Annexure P- 10) whereby the petitioner was declared as a proclaimed offender. 2.
