The brief facts of the case are that Gurpreet Singh alias Mota, Baljinder Singh alias Babbu and Sukhchain Singh alias Billa were apprehended with 80 intoxicated tablets. They disclosed the name of the present petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
